Chamsutgol BBQ: Experience Authentic Korean BBQ in Glendale

Delicious! 1st time here, and it was great. Servers were all friendly and fast. Good price for 2 people. Free ice cream for desert. Meats were fresh.

As always this place is great never disappointed the service is good food is amazing and almost never is there a wait. Reason why I like the no wait when you go in with kids and they’re hungry l and want to eat it’s a fast sit down and you start been going here for years never had any issues at this place the servers are always amazing with a smile on their faces.

Recommend the Steamed Egg, Primed Beef Brisket , and Beef Belly were delicious. Staff was super courteous and never had to ask for water or call on them for additional meat dish orders nor switch grill. $78 for 2 people (If only drink water) No lunch special pricing on weekends Bon Appetit !!!

Hi neighbors! As a Korean, I didn’t expect much since I usually go to Koreatown for BBQ. My friends and I were planning to go to Moobongri, but they were closed due to construction . So, we ended up going to Chamsutgol. Overall, the food was not bad for $32 ayce(I think it’s cheap), and the service was amazing. I wish I could hire the service staff! I’ll definitely go back!

This wasn't what we had planned on having, but OMG, I'm so glad we decided to eat here. Friendly staff, great price and love loved the experience. Most definitely, I will be back again. Ok, soooooo update. We went back. Again, the staff and service were on point! The prime rib, pork belly, and chicken delicious. This time we added the steamed egg and I don't remember the name of the soup. But, OMG! Everything was tender and flavorful. The kimchi, I hadn't had kimchi before I tried it the first time and yes, I'm addicted and want more.

Great KBBQ, but if you like sushi, expect to wait a significant amount of time between dishes, Meats come quickly, but they seem to take their time bringing out the sushi. They initially bring out six pieces, but then when you order again at takes about 15-20 minutes between orders and they only bring 3 pieces for the subsequent dishes. We had 8 guests at the table and only received 2 or 3 sushi dishes the whole time. This is all you can eat with sushi on the menu and it should be treated the same way, otherwise don't put it on the menu.

Been here many times, for many different occasions. One of the more affordable places that is fun, charming and also has decent quality of meats. It’s the right bang for your buck at lunch.

Located on the north side of Foothill in the same strip mall as T-Mobile. Plenty of free parking, including street parking. Pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality here, I’ll definitely be coming back. Huge improvement over the previous establishment here. Service was also very good.
